Individuals View: Family Page

In Genbox, a family is defined as a relationship between two or more individuals, either:

• Two individuals linked to each other by a family event, such as marriage.
• One or two individuals linked as parents to one or more children.

The Family page displays information on families. One family record is displayed at a time. The current family record is selected by choosing from the spouses of the current individual. Family events involving the current individual and the selected spouse are listed.

 For each family, you can enter general and research notes, source citations, and set a number of check boxes.
